Once a product leaves our facility, we can no longer verify that it has been stored properly or has not been tampered with — even if unopened. For this reason, we cannot re-stock or resell returned items.

If you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
